Milwaukee 261 rebuild progress

Last week Milwaukee Road 4-8-4 no. 261 was lifted off its drivers as part of the locomotive’s 1472-day inspection. Tires and journals will be attended to while work on the boiler progresses. No date for 261′s return to service has been set; you donate to the project at the link.
